MitaBase is software for patient transport companies in Germany, a product of Etmita UG (haftungsbeschränkt) in Hattersheim am Main. It was born in a dispatch office, not in a pitch deck: we watched dispatchers hold a business together with three phones, a whiteboard and a spreadsheet nobody may touch.
That is why we build one product for one industry: dispatching patient transport in Germany. Not a logistics suite for everything, but Muster 4, payers, P-Schein and dialysis rides at the core.
Why MitaBase exists
I worked in a patient transport company myself.
I watched the boss go through the transport forms in the evening, because one missing stamp can mean the payer does not pay for the ride. How he sent drivers back the next morning because a form was incomplete. And how on busy days there was no time to check them all, and weeks later the rejection arrived.
That is what we built MitaBase for: so a missing field shows up before the form goes to the payer, and the day behind it runs in one system.
