Our principle

This website sets exactly one cookie: the one that stores your choice. It reads a second one, which your MitaBase panel sets, only with your consent. There are currently no other optional cookies.

No ad networks, no data sale, no third-party scripts.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files your browser stores when you visit a website. They let a site recognise you on the next visit, for example so that a choice you made once is kept. Alongside cookies, comparable techniques such as local storage count as “storage and access operations” under § 25 TDDDG.

How we use cookies

Without your separate consent this website sets exactly one cookie: mb_consent, which stores your cookie choice (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). Only if you allow “Convenience” does it also read the mb_who cookie that your company's MitaBase installation sets on mitabase.com after you sign in there, and greet you by name; your profile picture is then loaded from that installation (§ 25 (1) TDDDG, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). This website never sets mb_who itself. Your language follows from the page address, not from a cookie.

There are currently no other optional cookies. Should we introduce anonymous audience measurement in the future, it would load only after your consent, and this page would be updated first. We use no advertising cookies and pass no data to ad networks.

Withdrawing your consent

You can change or fully withdraw your choice at any time via the consent manager on this page. Alternatively, delete the cookies in your browser settings; we will ask again on your next visit. A withdrawal takes effect for the future and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out until then.
