MitaBase is the software for patient-transport companies in Germany. 14 modules cover the operation: dispatch, live map, vehicles, staff, working time, cash, the transport-form check and the driver app for iOS and Android. The panel comes in 13 languages; German and Persian are fully reviewed.

Every vehicle on the map.
The live map shows the position of each vehicle on our own map tiles, while the driver shares their position. During navigation you see the time and distance remaining, and with them the estimated arrival (ETA) instead of a guess.
Checked before the payer sees it.
The driver photographs the transport form (Muster 4), and it sits in the office's review list before you submit it. The automatic check, which reads 22 fields and applies 11 rules, is in preparation.
A person decides. The automatic check, too, will only flag what is missing or uncertain; the office releases.
And everything behind it.
Driving licence, passenger-transport licence (P-Schein) and other records per employee, with expiry date and role: driver or companion.
Plate, TÜV, insurance and papers per vehicle, each deadline with a status: valid, expiring, expired.
Driver cash, co-payments, fuel receipts and expenses per driver. The driver records in the app whether a patient is exempt, has paid or still owes, with the receipt as a photo.
Every ride in the archive, the transport form (Muster 4) as a checked photo instead of paper piles.
The driver records start, breaks and end of work in the app, including night shifts across midnight. Export as Excel and CSV.
An expiry date gets noticed before it arrives.
When TÜV, P-Schein or insurance is about to expire, MitaBase warns early: the driver in the app and dispatch on the board.
The other six modules.
Vehicle check, statistics, master data, requests, messages and the driver app. Each card shows which plan first includes it.
Before the ride, the driver checks the vehicle in the app, with a photo. The result arrives in the panel.
Rides, hours, kilometres and cash per month, as a PDF.
Customers, payers and addresses are entered once and used on every ride. Wheelchair, carry chair or companion are stored with the customer and appear on the ride and on the driver's phone.
The driver requests leave, sick leave, an advance or a shift swap in the app. You decide in the panel, and the decision stays on record.
Questions about a ride go through the chat on that ride, with a photo if needed. That saves calls a message would have covered.
For iOS and Android, on the App Store and Google Play. Rides, time, cash and chat in German or Persian, navigation inside the app. In a dead spot, photos and cash entries wait until there is signal again.

Which module is in which plan?
Start includes Overview, Dispatch, Vehicles, Vehicle check, Staff files, Master data, Messages and Driver app. Pro adds Live map, Time tracking, Finance, History with the transport-form check and Requests. Plus adds Statistics.
Do you read our WhatsApp messages?
No. There is no connection to WhatsApp. You copy a message and paste it; that text is all MitaBase sees.
Does the AI decide on the transport form?
No. Today the office checks every transport form itself. The automatic AI check is in preparation; it too will only flag fields that are missing or uncertain, and a person decides.
What happens in a dead spot?
Photos and cash entries wait in a queue on the phone and go out as soon as there is signal again.
