Do we have to switch on a cut-over date?
No. Your spreadsheet keeps running alongside MitaBase for 30 days, with no cut-over date and no migration weekend. When you close the spreadsheet is your decision.
What does MitaBase cost for a company like ours?
€19.00 per vehicle and month on the Start plan, €39.00 on Pro, plus VAT. The first vehicle is free, and user accounts for office and drivers cost nothing. The transport-form check is on the Pro plan.
What if a driver does not open the app?
Your office carries on. You simply do not see their position. What is recorded in the system stays recorded: rides, times, entries.
