The chair is free. The patient is here.
MitaBase is the software patient-transport companies use to organise dialysis rides: the week pasted as a block, every vehicle live in the office, every ride with form and actual arrival time in the history. Three times a week, to the minute.
A late vehicle does not cost one ride. It costs a dialysis chair, and the next morning the dialysis centre calls me.
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday: pasted once, not typed ride by ride.
The dialysis centre's weekly list arrives as a spreadsheet or a message. You paste it, every line becomes a ride on the board, and duplicate lines are caught before anything is created.
When is the vehicle coming? A number, not a call to the driver.
Your office sees every vehicle live on our own map tiles. When the dialysis centre asks about the arrival, dispatch answers with a glance at the map.
Every ride with form and actual arrival time, in black and white.
Every ride driven sits in the history, with the transport form as a photo, checked by the office, and the actual arrival time. When the dialysis centre or the payer asks, one glance is enough. On the Plus plan, statistics show rides, hours and kilometres per month.
Frequently asked questions
Does MitaBase create the dialysis week by itself?
No. You paste the week as a block or import it as CSV, and every line becomes a ride. MitaBase does not create recurring rides by itself.
Does the dialysis centre see the arrival itself?
No. The live map is for your office. What the dialysis centre gets is your answer: position, estimated arrival and, after the ride, the history.
Which plan has the live map and statistics?
The live map and the transport-form check are on the Pro plan, statistics on the Plus plan. Export as Excel and CSV is included in every plan.
Keep the rhythm without calling the driver.
The week as a block, every vehicle live in the office, every arrival in the history. Register online, the first vehicle stays free permanently.
