DRIVER APP
The day on the phone. For drivers and co-drivers.
One app, five areas: rides, time, cash, chat and more. Anyone who can use a phone can use it — in German and Persian, with full right-to-left layout.
The app is in store review.
Until the listings at Apple and Google are approved, drivers get the test build from their dispatch centre — as an e-mail invitation, with the same credentials. We do not put a store button here that leads nowhere yet.
The company code
Every operation has its own installation of MitaBase — its own address, its own database. So the app knows which dispatch centre is yours, it asks for the company code on first start.
The invitation link from the panel sets the code automatically — the driver then only types the password.
The driver opens the app.
On first start it asks for the code, nothing else.
They enter the company code.
That is your dispatch centre's short name, as it appears in your panel's address. Your dispatchers see it under system settings.
They sign in.
With the e-mail address and password the dispatch centre created for them. From now on the app remembers the centre.
What is inside
- 01AufträgeWhat is due now. Without asking the office.
- 02ZeitClocking in and out on the phone, not on a slip of paper.
- 03KasseCash taken, receipt photographed, done.
- 04ChatThe question goes to the office — not into a WhatsApp group with patient names.
- 05MehrDocuments, requests, addresses, vehicle check.
What drivers ask
Even without signal.
Photos, time stamps and cash entries go into a queue and are sent once there is signal again. A receipt is not lost in a car park.
German and Persian.
The driver chooses the language. Persian is fully right-to-left, not merely translated.
Position only on duty.
The app shares the live position only during a shift or ride, and only with the own dispatch centre's panel — never with a third party. The driver can switch it off; the rides stay.
Navigation without Google.
The route comes from the dispatch centre's own server, the map from our own tiles. No patient address goes to a map service.
Do drivers need a company phone?
No. The app runs on any iPhone or Android phone of recent years. The position is shared only on duty, and the driver sees when.
What if a driver does not use the app?
Your office keeps running. You will not see their position, but their rides are there — and on Pro a GPS box in the vehicle gives the position back without the driver's phone.
What is recorded — and what is not?
Position during duty, working time, rides driven. No microphone, no private trips, no analysis after hours. That is the list you can take into the works-council meeting.
The app is part of every plan.
Register, invite drivers, hand out the company code — the first month costs nothing, no card.
